Facility

AA Val-U-Stor is one of the newest and modern self storage  facilities in Yuma. It was built in four phases with the first part coming in 1999 that now sits in the middle of the complex. The second phase built to the South in 2002. In 2004 the North side was purchased. It has larger isles to make it easy to drive around including 80 foot trucks. It also includes our first enclosed boat storage and RV storage units, the latter with electronic roll up doors! In 2005 phase four completed the expansion goals by adding temperature controlled units. With two 15-ton heat pumps and an amazing insulation the building gets less dust than most houses in Yuma. Finally in the late summer of 2008 the facility took a radical step forward and went green. Over 4,000 square feet of solar panels were installed in an effort to continue to be civic, environmentally conscious business leader in the Yuma region.
