AA Val-U-Stor opened it's doors in 1999 as Val-U-Stor self storage. It has grown as Yuma has grown, with 3 expansions. It is the largest self storage in Yuma covering over 9 acres.

AA Val-U-Stor also is a trend setter in the Yuma area. It was one of the first to include fire sprinklers in every self storage unit. It was the first to incorporate wide aisles (up to 50 ft) in portions of the facility to accommodate all types of vehicles . It was the first facility to have actual temperature controlled self storage units for rent via two 15 ton heat pumps. It is now the first one to go green by having solar panals installed on the roofs to generate enough electricity to power the facility and allow the savings to be passed onto the customer!

AA Val-U-Stor prides itself on being a leader in the self storage industry and is proud to be named Yuma's Best self storage facility for 2007 & 2008 by the Yuma Sun.
